Assistant Coach(es) sought for the Meredith Townes Mudpuppies

Meredith Townes is looking to add one or two assistant coaches to our roster. We are a team of 100+ swimmers located near Rex Hospital and Meredith College. We have a lot of heart and like to have fun during the summer season. Come help us swim fast and build team spirit this summer. Pre-season Tune-ups for High School

Triangle Aquatic Center is holding pre-season tune-ups for any high schoolers interested in getting more water time before their season begins.

Practices will be held on Saturdays, 9/26-10/31 from 12:30-1:30. Additional session added 10/17 from 1:30-2:30.
