Clinics announced

Jewish Community Center will host a Stroke and Turn Clinic on Tuesday May 29 at 7:00 PM in their clubhouse. This clinic usually lasts around 90 minutes. Additional Stroke and Turn Clinics are planned at North and South League clubs.

Silverton will host a Starter Clinic on June 2 (Saturday). The clinic begins at 9:00 AM and usually lasts around an hour.

Pre-season Tune-ups for High School

Triangle Aquatic Center is holding pre-season tune-ups for any high schoolers interested in getting more water time before their season begins.

Practices will be held on Saturdays, 9/26-10/31 from 12:30-1:30. Additional session added 10/17 from 1:30-2:30.

Prep clinics for YOUR team, at YOUR time

Curran Aquatic Center invites TSA teams to bring over their swimmers for exclusive summer prep clinics! The kids can get in the water together to swim before the pools open (and the water warms up) to get excited about the summer season.

Summer Tune-up Clinics at Triangle Aquatic Center - Next weekend!

Triangle Aquatic Center is offering three different Summer Tune-Up Clinics on Saturday, May 31st. These are a perfect way to work on swim team skills as the season begins! Coaches will focus on long axis, short axis, and starts & turns.

Please pre-register by Friday, May 30th.

9am -10am: Free/Back
10am -11am: Start/Turn
11am -12pm: Breast/Fly

$10 each
