Olive Chapel Otters looking for Assistant Coach:
4-7pm MTWTh starting 5/14
- Available Tuesday nights for meets
- Available some weekends for invitational meets
- Proficient in each of the 4 competitive strokes
- Works well with kids (all age groups)
- Responsible and Reliable
The assistant coach will be given sole responsibility of upwards of 25 kids for any given practice and will be expected to run practice on their own without the head coach being able to give assistance. They will be responsible for such tasks as leading stretches, helping write meet line-ups, planning social events and daily duties on the pool deck. They should work well with kids and be willing to follow direction when needed. Competitive swimming experience is helpful, and coaching experience is preferred.
