- great pay with extra private/group/clinic income available
- 10-week long summer team responsibilities, M-F hours only except for TSA Championship Meet
- team well organized with supportive parent volunteers
Coach's responsibilities
- well planned practices - fun yet challenging - M-F daily
- discipline skills - firm but friendly (we have great rules already established)
- setting up meets including running the system we currently use (this takes weekend time at home with a Sunday night deadline so we get the info to parents in a timely fashion)
- on time/perfect attendance - if you can't do this one, don't apply
- ability to manage and work with assistants and team manager
