The Heritage Wake Forest Betas
are searching for a Head Swim Coach for the summer TSA season. We have ~160 swimmers and are currently
ranked as the top team in Division 2 of the Northern League. We have a 10-lane pool and offer swim team
practice Monday through Friday from ~5:00 to 8:00 pm. The Betas have an experienced Swim Team Board
and TSA Rep who look forward to working together with the Head Coach to
coordinate practices, provide mentoring for the coach as needed, and assist
with meet management. Primary duties for
the Head Coach include running practices, coordinating with the assistant
coaches, and assisting with swim order for the six dual meets of the season. We
value sportsmanship, team building, and promoting swimming as a life-long
sport.
