High Performance Clinic for Freestyle and Butterfly (8am-12pm; swimmers 12 and older):
Learn elite skills for both freestyle and butterfly from two champion swimmers, Chloe Sutton and Tim Phillips. Sutton and Phillips will teach participants how to create more power and speed by maximizing efficiency for both strokes. For details click here.
Essentials Premier Clinic for Freestyle and Butterfly (1:30pm-5:30pm; swimmers 11 and younger):
Learn from champion swimmers Tim Phillips and Chloe Sutton as they break down essential skills for freestyle and butterfly. Phillips and Sutton will teach swimmers the importance of balance, rhythm and timing in order to improve efficiency and speed. For details click here.
