Head Coach Opening at Medfield / MARC Sharks

Interested in being the head coach for the TSA team that went from Division 6 to Division 3 in just four years?

The MARC Sharks is looking to hire an enthusiastic, organized individual with proficiency in stroke mechanics, the ability to motivate swimmers of all ages and skill levels (100+ swimmer; 2 assistant coaches). Strong communication skills with parents and swimmers a must. Coaches will work a varied schedule from May-July: practices, meets, team functions, etc.

A well-suited candidate will have the following skills:

·       Good coach-athlete interaction

·       Teaching (technical; mechanics)

·       Practice & Meet Management

·       Positive role model

·       Punctual to all practices and meets

·       Team spirit

The ideal candidate will have prior swim team coaching experience, competitive swim team experience, and be proficient with preparing for meets. Knowledge of TSA rules and regulations is helpful.

Pay Rate starts at $12.00/hour
