Overview:
The
Charleston Village Crocodiles Swim Team is seeking a head coach for the 2016
summer swim season. If you are interested in being part of this amazing team

Essential
Job Functions:
- Work with swimmers from 4-18 to develop their knowledge of competitive swimming
- Establish leveled practice schedules and workouts
- Create a good rapport with the swimmers and parents
- Provide informative feedback to swimmers
- Collaborate with the CVC board
- Encourage participation in meets
- Help swimmers build confidence in their strokes
- Provide a fun and positive environment for the swimmers and their families
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the four basic strokes (free, breast, back and butterfly)
- Ability to teach techniques to improve swimmers, skills
- Must be available for the season May-July
- Must be able to attend meets on Tuesday in the summer
- Experience in coaching preferred
The pay rate
for this position is dependent upon experience. If interested apply ASAP.
